Landlord – Joel Zummak

Joel Zummak is an actor from Jesup, Iowa, graduating with a degree in Theatre from the University of Northern Iowa. He has been involved with the Waterloo Community Playhouse since 2002, appearing in Stalag 17, The Nerd, 12 Angry Men, Murder’s in the Heir, Happy Birthday, The Underpants, and Les Miserables, among others. He got his start in acting by doing several impressions at a very early age, and naming every US President in succession at the age of 8 (seriously).
